At Universal Traveller, we want you to feel confident and warm in your winter gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
